How much does installation cost?
Installation costs vary depending on your vehicle, product and location. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm availability and provide a total quote.
A £20 booking fee is payable upfront to secure your appointment and is included in the total quoted price. The remaining balance is paid directly to the installer.
Are installers employed by HC Customs?
No. We work with a network of independent automotive retrofit specialists across the UK. Installations are carried out by third-party professionals rather than HC Customs employees.
Can I arrange mobile installation?
Yes. Mobile installation is available in selected areas. Simply provide your postcode and preferred installation location when submitting your request, and we'll check availability.
Do I need to purchase my product before arranging installation?
No. You can submit an installation request before purchasing your product. However, we recommend confirming compatibility and ensuring your product arrives before your installation date.
What if there isn't an installer in my area?
Our installation network is continually expanding. Submit your postcode and vehicle details, and we'll check whether an installer can cover your location. If we're unable to arrange installation, we'll let you know before requesting a deposit.

When do I pay the installation deposit?
Once we've reviewed your request and confirmed availability and pricing, we'll send you a secure payment link for the £20 booking deposit. No payment is required when initially submitting your request.
Can I cancel or reschedule my installation?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact HC Customs as soon as possible. Any applicable deposit refunds or changes will be handled according to the booking terms provided before payment.
